The Union Bank USSD Code is *826#. The code works on any mobile device and can be accessed using any network in Nigeria, however, the code works only on the Sim card that is linked to one’s union bank account.

Once you dial the code on your device, it automatically directs you to a list of options containing different transactions you can carry.

To make a transfer to another Union bank account the following process should be followed.

Dial *826*1*Amount*Account Number# to transfer money to another Union bank account and if you want to transfer to another bank, dial *826*2*Amount*Account Number#.

• Dial *826# on your mobile device, transaction options will be displayed for you
• Select the transfer to Union Bank option
• Input the account number and make sure the name that reflects is correct
• Enter the amount to be transferred in the appropriate place provided
• Input your PIN to validate your transaction.

You will receive an instant debit alert which confirms that your transaction was successfully done.

• Select the bank you intend to make a transfer to another bank option
• Input the account number and make sure it is correct with what you have
• Input the amount you wish to transfer in the space provided
• Enter your PIN to validate your transaction

Union Bank Account Balance Code

To check your Union bank account balance, simply dial *826*4#, then input your four digit USSD transaction PIN. If your PIN is entered correctly and you have enough money for the charges, your balance will be displayed on your screen.
